Pool session & Kayaks North West Demo Session, South Moorlands Leisure Centre, 22-01-2011.

Coo ... we did it ... & it worked well ... phew.

All was going swimmingly till late Friday afternoon when I had a call from  Biddulph pool to say "it was broken" ... what! ... 2 choices cancel or  (thanks to a speedy chase around by Phil at Biddulph pool) we could swap to Cheadle at a slightly later time.

I chased round everyone  including Matt at KNW (who really liked the change, bigger pool and he  used to instruct there so could find it blindfold) ... yes! ... we could do it ... paddling was still on.

Many thanks here to Adam and  all at Cheadle pool for helping to make the event go really well at such short notice ... and for sorting it out so that we could take pics ... and also to Matt fo making it all work so smoothly.  Mick had his camera, this full write-up is on the Forum and here are the pics ...
